It includes integrated digital timing and dosing controls, and when combined with an INFINITY LX, MX or AX, it can deposit up to 100g per second with a maximum throughput rate of 600 moulds per hour.

The AML-2 feature four production zones:

1. Mould stacking zone with motorised drive
2. Chocolate depositing zone
3. Mould vibration zone
4. Manual decorating zone

?The INFINITY AML is supplied with a depositing head and one depositing plate custom made to suit a mould design of your choice.

Additional features include:

• NO independent power supply is required as the INFINITY AML plugs straight into and draws power from your INFINITY LX, MX or AX tempering machine
• NO air supply is required as the mould-feeder is driven by an electric motor, not compressed air
• Deposit timing is controlled by an integrated timer
• The vibrating station is built into the INFINITY AML so the optional INFINITY LX/MX/AX vibrating table is NOT required and can be removed during use
• Additional chocolate machines can be easily and quickly rolled in & out to swap chocolate flavours
