The Infinity MT250-P chocolate melting tank is a temperature-controlled, fully jacketed, melting tank with a 250kg capacity and an onboard pump for high-level discharge. It's digital temperature control and continuous stirring agitator will hold chocolate at a constant pre-set temperature ensuring you're always ready for production. The heated valve also allows easy product removal without blockage from solidification.

The MT250-P is suitable for chocolate and a wide variety of fat-based food masses and waxes where constant temperature and agitation are required.
