Chandley Stone Oven | Pico Plus
Tom Chandley have distilled 80 years of oven manufacturing experience into this compact oven - producing arguably the leading compact stone sole oven on the market today!
With two different sizes, the Compacta Pico and Compacta Pico Plus, this mini modular deck oven is ideal for new start up micro bakeries and home bakers that are moving from domestic ovens to the next level.
This versatile oven will bake all products, from Sourdough loaves to cakes and scones also making it ideal for a variety of domestic and commercial users.
Key features:
-Single phase 15AMP power required.
-195mm baking chamber height.
-Built in steam introduction and evacuation (without opening the door). No steam tray accessories required as built into the oven under the stone. Fully adjustable steam vent.
-Fast heat up time of 15-30 mins making the oven economical to use; and the low recovery time for subsequent batches allows for many more baking batches per shift, increasing throughout.
-A premium ceramic baking stone, with Independent top and bottom temperature control, offers fantastic control over the baking process.
-Small foot print and modular. The ovens can be stacked on top of one another (up to three units high). This modular aspect allows you to build your oven capacity as your business grows.
-Max temp approx 320oC (dependent on environment).
-Baking surface is 760mm x 460mm (30" x 18")
-Professional results for both the home baker and commercial user (you should not be able to tell if the product came from a full size commercial deck oven or this compact version).
-This oven has been deliberately designed to be as low maintenance as possible, and to give you hours of hassle free baking, day after day.
