The King series is the top line series from GAM and is available in a 4, 6 or 9 pizza capacity modular deck oven that are stackable up to 3 units high. Full stainless steel baking chamber encased with a full refractory stone lining (base, top, sides, rear). The King uses the Patented IWOS system (Italian Wood Fired Substitute) which which mechanically replicates the air circulation found within a wood-burning pizza oven. Advanced control panel offers complete customisation of all baking parameters including auto-pilot start up, economy mode, baking programs & top and bottom heating control. Double glazed glass door, sealing fiber chamber gaskets & glass fiber insulation prevents burn, reduces any heat loss and its efficiency allows the user to bake with the door open.
