Constructed from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, the unit features a heavy duty, 2mm thick tank made from AISI 316 grade stainless steel.

The cooker is powered by an energy efficient 58MJ ribbon burner and incorporates a self-closing basket insert mechanism. These enhance rapid boil performance to maximise output.

Up to six baskets can be used simultaneously to cope with peak loads, while inbuilt overflow removes water impurities.
