A traditional all-dairy product which is full bodied and rich in texture making it suitable for thickshakes and heat treat machines.
98.2% Fat Free. No artificial colours, preservatives and low in sodium.

Mixing Instructions
Pour 3.5 litres of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing container (for thickshake mix add an extra litre of water). Add a 1.5kg bag of D030 into the water while mixing with a wire whisk, until all sugar has dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes then whisk vigorously before pouring into the soft serve machine to freeze.
