- Physics says that heat is stratified upwards. Consequently, the higher up inside a pizza oven, the higher the temperature. Thanks to Marana Forni’s patented SU&GIU® oven, you can manually or automatically (using the Evolution® Console) adjust the height of the pizza oven’s cooking surface.

Possibility of Changing the type of power supply
- Marana ovens can adapt to to your needs. Power supply system can be changed even after purchase and following the same logic even ovens can be converted… for example, wood-fired Rotoforno can be converted to gas or vice versa, or even into a combined wood-gas, wood-pellets, gas-pellets, wood-gas-pellets system.
