• Milk/Cream mix at 65 degrees celsius
• Milk/ Egg mix at 85 degrees celsius
• Milk/Cacao at 90 degrees celsius 

After heating each mix remains at high temperature for the required time to complete the sanitation process and then it cools quickly to minus 4 degrees celsius where an alarm sounds and the milk is stored.

It comes in single & double tanks and the plus has a hot gas system & heat exchange system.
