These meat slicers are ideal for home and deli use and come in a very convenient size for medium to large home, deli,  cafe and restaurant kitchens. They are the perfect machine for cutting salami and other cured meats, as well as hams, bacon and a variety of other produce.

You can adjust the width of each slice by simply rotating the variable slicing handle to suit your individual requirements.

The machine is very easy to clean, the blade can also be easily released, removed and cleaned when needed. 

The machines are also fitted with a built in knife guard and a serrated bulkhead as standard - for gripping produce securely during use.
