Manufactured in anodised aluminium and stainless steel to resist the corrosive effects of salts and acids.
Designed for ease of use and fast cleaning.
Up to 60 different slicing and grating combinations with optional accessories.
Safety interlock switches prevent operation if the machine is opened or the feeder handle is not closed correctly.
Forced ventilation to motor.
Low voltage control (24V) with NVR (No-Voltage Release) to avoid unintentional start.
Watertight casing (IP54).
