Uses an oscillating plate to roll each piece of dough into balls of the correct weight and shape
Pressing, cutting and end rounding is carried out with the levers of the forming chamber
Adjustments can be made using the yoke, which has a numerical scale
Size options available range from 12 gram dough weight to 500 gram dough weight *model dependant
Capacity from 2 – 5.5kg per head *model dependant
Divide and round a variety of different dough types
Easy to operate and clean
Simple to move around and position with lockable wheels
Includes 3 rounding boards
