Dough gradually comes rolled thanks the ROTATIVE system characterized by a series of lamination cylinders on purpose positioned and a lever start up manually allows to regulate the thickness modifying the position of all the superior rolls till a maximum of approximate three cm of opening. The cut happens in perpendicular and alternate way, You can choice if You want furnished 1 to 7 ways, and the length of the piece is determined by the weight electronically planned (if required mechanical formulation) giving us so the possibility to choose the most suitable shape in each workmanship necessity. The machine is endowed with a flour duster opportunely positioned, it allows the dusting on the rolls and directly on the knives before the cut, guaranteeing any maltreatment at the mixes more delicate as if they are cut manually. The knives easily and quickly interchangeable are standard in stainless steel as after all the whole inside part of the machine in contact with the dough (if required can be totally furnished in stainless steel).
