DS-UV Germicidal  UV-C Lamp Sterilizer – Duct Mounted

Installed in kitchen extraction ductwork, UV/Ozone lamps clean the exhaust ducts and hood interior. They destroy cooking odour, keep ductwork almost grease-free, reduce fire risk, reduce ductwork cleaning to a minimum and is completely automatic in operation. 

The UV lamps has been proven effective in destroying microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, yeast and fungus, and grease and oil from the kitchen exhaust.

Organic grease molecules are susceptible to UV-C wave (254nm) radiation. After a chemical reaction, they become water and powder.
