Step 1 - Base install
Place the bolt down base on the ground where it is to be installed (minimum 100mm concrete slab). Mark where the 4 holes are to be drilled. Remove the base and drill the 4 holes that have been marked. Place base back on the ground lining up the pre-drilled holes with the holes on the base. Screw in appropriate screws (Chemset or DynaBolt) to secure the base to the ground. Then grease the outside of the pole and the top of the ring to make sure your umbrella can slide on and then rotate freely.
Step 2 - Placing umbrella
Once the base is correctly installed, then position your umbrella upright and lower it over the pole of the base. The bottom of your umbrella should rest on the base ring. Then rotate the umbrella in its desired position.
Step 3 - Locking the umbrella
To lock the umbrella in its position, place your provided winding handle into the lower hex nut on the rear of the frame and rotate it clockwise until it is firmly secure
