Organic waste is transferred to the WasteStar FC feeding stations at the points where it is generated, e.g. in the food preparation area or on the sorting belt in the wash-up area. A vacuum pump sucks the waste fully automatically at specified intervals through a stainless steel pipe system and directs it into a collection tank. Here the waste remains until final collection by tanker.
The cycles of the automatic suction and also the order of the stations are determined by you - in line with your kitchen organisation. And because processes in the canteen kitchen can change, you can also easily adjust these cycles. Just as you want it.
