With guests using their own smartphones and tablets for Hinfo, there is no need to invest in additional infrastructure or resources to provide a hotel compendium.
Unlimited and Significantly Faster Information Updates: As Hinfo is an electronic guest directory, we allow you to provide updates whenever you have them. If you have an outdated phone number, outdated web address or updated pricing for example, you can now provide us the updated details whenever you want and we will update it. This is subject to our Fair Use Policy.
Minimal Internet Data Usage: Hinfo has been built to keep guests data usage to a minimum. The Hinfo iPhone/iPad and Android apps are around 10-12% of the download size, compared to other popular/frequently used apps from the Apple or Google Play App Store. The information for your property is saved offline on the users device which results in faster loading times and less data usage and no need for a constant Wi-Fi/Mobile data connection. Internet Data is still required to view webpages in the app.
'Ask Reception' Messaging System: 'Ask Reception' is a messaging feature between your device as a guest and reception for any queries they may have. All a guest needs to do is tap on the 'Ask Reception' button in the home tab of the Hinfo app, provide only their first name and their room/apartment number (for reference by reception). Guests no longer need to call or visit reception, to wait for a question to be answered.
Single Mobile Service for All Properties: With each property sharing the Hinfo service, we are able to significantly reduce for each property:
