With 5 spits, this appliance has a capacity of 9 birds providing a small output for boutique use cases where chicken forms part of the menu but is not the primary focus.
A vertical spit option is available that alows the cooking of sausages, fish, ducks and other smaller cuts in hanging baskets, and even cauldrons for soup and stews.
