The Culinaire® Vertical Hot Cupboard is a heavy-duty mobile cabinet designed for multi-functional banquet storage. It is ideal for holding covered plates and stacked or bulk food in gastronorm pans. The full height unit is supplied with seven 2/1 GN sized racks. Each rack holds six 230mm plates. The Culinaire® Vertical Hot Cupboard is fitted with elements to the base of the unit. The gentle radiant heat helps food from drying out, which can happen with fan-forced circulation.

Choose from either fully insulated solid stainless steel door with adjustable humidity vents or solid toughened glass door. All doors with self closing hinges and magnetic snap lock handle to ensure fi rm door closure
Unit comes with an element to base to provide static convective heat
Includes removable water tray in base to introduce moisture to the hot cupboard
Easy-to-use and highly reliable mechanical temperature controls
Insulated on all sides, constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish
Horizontal handle for effortless manoeuvrability
Heavy-duty non-marking 125mm swivel casters with brakes
Half door units came complete with 15 x sets of G/N tray slides.
All units are supplied with 7 x 2/1 G/N sized chrome wire shelves
Capacities based on 65mm deep pans
