Slayer's pre-heat boiler supply's each of the independent coffee boiler per brew group & independent steam boiler supplied with preconditioned water at 85°C. Temperature control is maintained by purpose-tuned PID. Slayer's brewing system includes both mechanical and electronic components to enable discreet pressure control across the brew band. Slayer has just two controls, one for steam and one for brewing.
