Designed for the quick and safe cooking of pasta, a commercial pasta cooker is a perfect tool for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and commercial kitchens for fast and cost effective processing of large portions of pasta. A combination of safety, ease of operation and sturdy design make the pasta cooker a much better option compared to a common kitchen stove for commercial cooking.

Like noodle cookers, commercial pasta cookers boil pasta by utilizing either an electrical or a gas heating source to first boil water in its container/pots which then boil and cook the pasta as needed. Pasta is placed in a basket that goes into the boiling water of its respective container/pot.

Baskets with their fully insulated handle make it easy and safe to place and remove pasta in boiling water. Cookers usually have 2 to 6 containers/pots each having its own heating source and controls.

Manufactured using high-grade 316 stainless steel pots are perfectly designed to contain, boil and dispose of water with maximum safety. Features like all round corners, excellent corrosion resistance, and automatic skimming to reduce starch make the pots safe and hygienic for pasta cooking. Automatic water filling as needed and a safe overflow drainage system add to the convenience.

Other functions include switch controlled solenoid valves for controlled and automatic filling of water, safety pressure switches to control overheating of the pot if empty or the water level is low, flame failure control, pilot light, stabilize flame control and few mm thick mechanically pressed top with spillage recess.
