The Blue Seal G56D is a six burner 900mm wide modular gas fired robust heavy duty commercial Cook Top on a gas fired Convection Oven Range that can accomodate 2/1 GN metal pans from the completely revolutionised 800 Series.

The Blue Seal G56D is built on a fully galvanised heavy duty steel chassis with fully welded seams and finished in thick gauge 304 polished stainless steel. Effortlessly powered by six heavy duty cast iron 28 megajoule rated open burners providing exceptional heat to the cooking top surface area and excellent cooking results. User friendly reinforced heavy duty fitted vitreous enamel trivets with finger support allow you to move pots and pans safely around the surface without accidental tip overs or spillage. Fully welded enamel lined oven with a generous crown height of 385mm, heated by a powerful cast iron 30 megajoule rated main burner with a temperature range of 100°C - 270°C and fitted with full flame protection on all burners as an added bonus safety feature. A high performing economical and affordable gas Cook Top and gas Convection Oven suited to any catering establishment.
